Description
Easy Street® is a statewide commuter van service sponsored by The Connecticut Department of Transportation and operated by The Rideshare Company. Designed to help people who live or work in Connecticut get to their jobs, Easy Street® offers over 300 routes daily transporting 3,000 riders. Easy Street® benefits riders and non-riders.
Frequently, riders and drivers say that Easy Street® improves the quality of their lives, getting them to work on time and saving them money. Easy Street® benefits their communities, too, by reducing congestion and automobile air pollutants.
The Easy Street® fleet is made up of 7-passenger minivans as well as 12 and 15-passenger full-size vans. Fares are per seat, payable at the beginning of each month.
