Master Instructor Bill Damon, Sr.
Bill Damon, 7th Degree Black Belt, has devoted over 30 years to perfecting and teaching the martial arts. In keeping with true karate tradition, his quest for physical mastery has gone hand-in-hand with his pursuit of intellectual and spiritual excellence.
Sensei (Teacher) Damon is a founder of the USA National Karate-do Federation, a Technical Advisor it its Public Relations Committee, and Chairman of the Arizona Regional Sports Organization. The USA National Karate-do Federation is the National Governing Body for karate in the United States and is a member of the United States Olympic Committee. Mr. Damon is also the Regional Director for the Japan Karate-Do Ryobu-Kai.
His martial arts training began in 1960 in Japan. Sensei Damon opened his first karate school in 1969 and during the 1970s served as the consultant on self-defense to the Connecticut State Justice Academy and is a certified police self-defense instructor.
