- We are a family business and my wife and I take pride in our ceramicookers. My profession was as a medical technologist in hospital labs. Worked with a Cardiovascular surgeon and he wanted me to make him a way to cook tandoori chicken. I created and designed the CeramiCooker Better known as Chicken Cooker for a low fat heart healthy way to cook and maintain gourmet taste. This is due to the unique cooking qualities of pottery. I gave the physician one and after he tried it, he raved about them and ordered several hundred to offer to his patients. The hospital where we worked started using and recommending them in the diabetic classes because of the low fat, heart healthy aspect.
