Carol is the cheerful voice on the phone and the friendly face when you walk in the door. She is the office manager at EAPOD and arranges all client appointments. Carol’s background is in retail sales and warehousing, so she can relate to many of our clients’ woes!
Shadow is the resident kittycat and greeter. She can usually be found napping on a reception-area chair or trying to sneak out the front door as patients come in. Just say hello and she'll surely talk back to you!
