Our aim is to provide your organisation with the support necessary to alleviate stress and help create a healthier and happier work environment for all employees. We do this by designing an employee assistance programme which meets your needs. Our programmes include access to a 24/7 freephone helpline, a 2-6 session model of counseling , support for Management and additional services ie critical incidence response, mediation, coaching ,stress Management etc..
We tailor our programmes to suit your culture, location/s, staff numbers, type of sector etc. Some of our current customers ( Large or small companies) are from many diverse sectors ie Academic/ Universities, IT, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Banking, hospitals, and others. Our companies range in size from 10 employees upwards to 5,000 employees.
