This web site is the direct result of what happens when a computer programmer and a former ESL teacher lock themselves in a room for several months making no outside contact with Earth(with exception to the food and water guy!). Actually, it wasn’t that bad. Through exhaustive brainstorming sessions and long hours of creating ideas, concepts and of course, the time taken to put it all together, we hope we have provided a simple yet unique web site that will have an immediate impact on bringing you: the ESL Employer and ESL Teacher together. After all, a global village is what we strive to attain. Shane Nielsen is the master behind all programming and technical issues of the site. Jim Russell is the overseer and creator of most content you will encounter. The design was, and still is a continuous working collaboration from both individuals.
