We are located at Ridge Soaring Gliderport in the exact center of the State of Pennsylvania, at the base of the Bald Eagle Ridge. The town of State College, (home of Penn State University) and University Park Airport is just 4 miles southeast of us. Lock Haven, where Piper aircraft where built for many years is 30 miles northeast of us. Ridge Soaring Gliderport is 9 miles south of Interstate highway 80, exit 158 along Pennsylvania Alternate route 220.
