eCycle is seeking to expand membership in its Board of Directors by adding one or more individuals to provide fresh thinking, new ideas and skills that supplement and complement those of our present Board members.
In particular, we’re recruiting individuals with specific skills and backgrounds of successful small business ownership and expansion in global, high technology markets, as well as attorneys and investment bankers experienced in finding and negotiating with venture capital firms. Most important is an appreciation, passion and vision for hybrid technology and its growth potential to change the way the world moves.
Current membership on eCycle’s Board consists generally of people who are directly involved in eCycle’s business and are not considered independent. These include founders, officers, and some suppliers. In addition to being shareholders, they possess a variety of skills and backgrounds that enable them to contribute.
