Dyne Systems pioneered digital technology in the dynamometer industry, and we have been providing our customers with precise, stable and repeatable dynamometer and throttle control, custom test-cell integration, and accurate data acquisition since 1982. Our facility in Jackson, Wisconsin is staffed and equipped to develop dynamometer systems well into the 21st century.
You may know us by the Dyn-Loc IV digital dynamometer controller or the DTC-1 digital throttle controller. The newer Inter-Loc V multi-loop controller is an exciting development that puts three dynamometer or throttle controls in one box. Recent additions to the product line include an "intelligent" universal eddy current power amplifier (PAU), LabVIEW capability for controllers, innovative Cell Interface Assistant for test cell safeties and functions, and newly redesigned Companion III Data Acquisition System.
We are your best choice for new, remanufactured and used dynamometers, with the acquisition in 2002 of both Midwest Dynamometer and Dynamatic Dynamometer. We offer in-house dyno manufacturing of the full lines of both companies, from 5 to 6000 horsepower, with higher HP available. This also means your existing Midwest and Dynamatic eddy current dynos will be remanufactured to OEM specifications here, exclusively.
Virtually any dry-gap dynamometer model can be configured either for vertical or horizontal shaft orientation. And for small engine or small motor testing, we offer two types of variable tilt test stands rated from fractional to 75 hp.
DyneSystems, Inc. also offers an extensive line of Regenerative AC and 4-Quadrant Regenerative DC dynamometer systems in standard ratings from 15 to 1600 horsepower, with higher HP available depending upon the application.
