The DVMA has taken road trips to Castle and Travis Air Force Bases and toured their museums, we twice drove famous players such as Wille Mays, Orlando Cepada and others around 3Com Park in celebration of the Giant's last season there, we organize the parking for 600 assorted Ford cars and trucks at Fun Ford Sunday the biggest Ford car show in Northern California, we hold our own Show and Shine with 120+ Mustangs in attendance, we took a guided tour through the inner workings of the Caldecott tunnel, we held a small car show and spent a day at Golden Gate Fields watching the ponies race, we attened the Vintage Races at Sears Point, we hosted a club booth at the Good Guys swap meet at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds, we took part in the Pleasant Hill and the Antioch Fourth of July parades, we gathered for our annual Christmas Banquet and our annual Valentines Day Ice Cream Social, we took the Fun Train to Reno, we toured the wineries in Livermore, we toured the Edelbrock facility in Southern California with the owner's of Mustangs Plus, had a technical session on converting to disk brakes and much, much more.
We have members interested in restoration, resto-mod and racing. Whatever your Mustang interests are, you will find a kindred spirit in the DVMA.
