This company takes an extended period to manufacture and send CHEAP (meaning quality, not so much price) DVDs. Many of the DVDs simply do not play while others stop in the middle of viewing. Their support is initially polite and say that they will provide replacements but, after two months of waiting, they not only did not arrive but support will not respond to e-mail or their site's contact form.
Further, they did attempt to provide a replacement DVD for the first ordered set but what was received was not the required replacement but a home copied DVD without a label (magic marker labeled) from a different DVD set.
From my experience with this company, they act like DVD pirates and can't even do a good job at that! If you are considering buying from them, BE VERY WARY!
