When my father, Dick Durham, first opened Durham Autoplex in Hammond he brought with him a work ethic that stayed with him for over 30 years. My father taught me an overall philosophy to guide us at Durham Autoplex, "Treat the customer right".

I believe our employees strive to carry out our philosophy of "treating the customer right". Our sales professionals are very knowledgeable on all of our product lines. Our service department, headed up by Bud Orlando, consistently receives a near perfect 100 rating on the manufacturers relationship with the customer to be a good experience.
