Description
Nick Sullivan arrived on Sunday from the University of Nebraska after the Cornhuskers bowed out of the NCAA Regionals a week prior. He is ready to see some serious playing time with the Huskies after only getting 66 at bats and batting .318 during his 2006 College campaign. Even though Nick had some pretty good numbers, he backed up some very good players at Nebraska. And after his first two performances as a Huskie, he'll be seeing plenty of action this summer.
Nick is off to a great start with an on base percentage of .500 since his arrival. In last nights loss to LaCrosse, Nick was on base 4 times and hit a double off the wall in deep left center. His versatility at the plate will give Manager Dave Parra a variety of options as the summer progresses.
