This organization was founded in 1895 as a farm mutual and remains a true 'mutual' today, owned entirely by it's policyholders, The headquarters are still in Shelburne, in the heart of the district it serves. Things have changed in the last 100 years, and so has Dufferin Mutual. We are a fully licensed multi-line insurer offering protection for property, automobile, and liability insurance to over 5000 policyholders.
