History
We were founded in 1956 by Carlton Gerdon, a three-time award winning Master Mix feed salesman, and we are still a family-owned and run company. Our second generation of family management means we still believe in the values of hard work, fair dealing, friendly service, and going the extra mile, or as Carl put it – “Service When You Need It”. Today you will find that even though we have grown many times over, we still answer the phone personally (no automated system for you to “talk” to) and we respond to your needs in a quick and professional, but personal, manner.
What we do
We offer the highest quality generic and branded animal health products for production livestock – beef and dairy cattle, swine, veal, goats, sheep and poultry – and companion animals – dogs, cats and horses. We operate from 3 locations – our main office and warehouse in southern Indiana at Huntingburg, in Dubois County; our northern Indiana branch office and warehouse at Mentone in Kosciusko County; and our east central Indiana location at St. Paul, Indiana.
