Description
1900 - Fires where fought using the bucket brigade system with water coming from cisterns and wells within the town of Dublin.
1913 - A two wheel hose cart was purchased from the Town of Pulaski. The cart was pulled by the members to the scene then the hose was taken off the cart and hooked straight into the hydrant. The fire hydrant was supplied by water that was pumped from a well then stored in a sheet metal tank which was located on what is now Dunlap Rd.
1914 - January 16, 1914 the Dublin Fire Company was organized and L. T. Dudley was elected as the departments first fire chief.
