It all began when I purchased a computer in 1998 and first became acquainted with the Internet. I soon discovered web pages created just for the fun of it, and was immediately smitten by the seemingly magic ability to display words and images on a computer screen via the Internet that could be seen by anyone across the world who had access to the Internet. I decided to combine it with my life-long love of the culinary arts and construct a useful cooking and recipe site that would be comparable in quality content to the large corporation-run recipe sites already online. My intention was that Dubai-Recipes.com would be a recipe resource that visitors would find enjoyable to visit, easy to navigate, and be able to choose with confidence any recipe without doubt of its accuracy.
