Family Planning Service Changes Effective December 1, 2009 the DuPage County Health Department will no longer offer Family Planning Services. If you need an appointment with us through November 30, 2009 or need to request your medical records, please call 630-682-7400 and ask for Family Planning. In the future, your reproductive needs can be met at one of 3 ACCESS Community Health Network locations in DuPage County. Call us for details about these new locations.
