Donald R. Terry, Founder, retired with the rank of Captain from the Montgomery Police Department in 1983. During his stellar career, he graduated from the FBI National Academy and developed and led the first drug enforcement and control division in the Montgomery Police Department's history. He was instrumental in turning the Detective Division into one of the best investigative units in the country, a distinction which still holds true today.
