No better place but right here to lay down a few lines for my man. The freaks you behold on this website, and the ones in future years that you will see are directly descended from his kindness and trust. If it is about us, then it's about him. Everything I now do in dogs is an extension of him and his. That is why I will give credit where credit is due. A few years ago I luckily stumbled upon this man. He is in a class of his own, one of a kind, just like his big boy "Primo." Nothing touches him. The world would be a much better place if there were more e's in it. Not much on the mushy stuff, but if Eric needs anything, all he better do is holler.
Quality boils down to the same thing: stock selection and care. I have selected dogs to not only have good looks and muscle, but also to be very functional bulldogs. I believe that form always follows function. Yes, it is possible to have a healthy bulldog and still have great looks. There are various ideas and opinions on what an Olde Bulldogge should and shouldn't do. I don't put limitations on my dogs. Truth is, puppies from the same litter vary so much in temperament, ability, natural drive, and so on that it's hard to determine what each individual puppy will grow up and become. A lot of factors go into what a dog will and will not do for you. I say if you want to try your dog out at something, and it is legal and safe, then go for it. In time, the dog will let you know its interests.
