Dragon Moon Martial Art Association offers an unique, educationally based approach to teaching the martial arts. The traditional philospohy that martial arts are not a sport, but an art is followed. As such, you will find no competition, no sparring, no tournaments and no trophies at Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association.
In a safe, nuturing family atmosphere, students are taught the value of discipline in their daily lives while they acquire practical self-defense skills that are not dependent on the size or strength of the student.
Understanding that martial arts are much more than kicking and punching, Dragon Moon Martial Arts Association students are taught martial, meditative and metaphysical theories, concepts and skills that allow them to take control of their own lives and assist them in gaining the energy, efficiency and awareness necessary to achieve all of their life goals.
