Narinder Saini M.D., is a nationally and internationally recognized Physician and frequent lecturer for both Health Professionals and General Public, on Reversal of heart Disease. After his own failed by-pass Surgery and Two failed Angioplasties, in his early 40’s he reversed his heart disease by dedicating his life in searching the cause and effect of life style changes on reversing and preventing heart disease.
In 1991 he started his own Reversal of Heart Disease program in Ohio allowing people to eat a little more Fat (15%) compare to Dean Ornish (10%) and was able to show reversal in so many patients. He is an Author of Two books, “ Creating a healthy Heart, I did it, why don’t you” and Straight from my Heart” for Indians. In 1993, Prevention Magazine honored Dr Saini with its “ Best Doctor” award.
