- Dr. Walid S. Arnaout, is a board certified general surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has spent most of his career in academic medicine and tertiary health care setting. He completed his residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, followed by a liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgery fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as well as a multi-organ transplant fellowship at UCLA. He remained at Cedars, serving as a transplant surgeon and associate director of the liver transplant program until 2001.
