Dr. Jenkins performed the first LASIK procedure in Hawaii and has been actively involved in a national study regarding LASIK results. Dr. Jenkins is one of the most experienced laser refractive surgeons in Hawaii specializing in PRK and LASIK, and has recently been recognized by VISX as one of the top 100 laser surgeons in the country.
