Medical Practice
- Dr. Segal has been practicing in the Houston area for over 10 years with an excellent history of successful refractive procedures, including LASIK with Intralase and the Allegretto Wave Excimer laser. His experience in cataract removal, refractive lens exchange and ReSTOR multifocal lens to correct presbyopia is providing patients who are not suitable candidates for LASIK, with more refractive surgical options.
