Double-Tree, Inc., is the company behind the Northstar and Galactic Park developments. Double-Tree also manages Utility Solutions, LLC, the private utility that will provide central water and sewer service to those developments, the Four Corners County Water and Sewer District, and other developments, homes, and businesses in the Four Corners area.
Double-Tree is a privately owned consulting firm specializing in community development. Since its formation in 1977, the company has assisted municipalities, counties, non-profit organizations, and private-sector businesses plan, structure, finance, and complete a wide range of public facilities and projects. These have included water and wastewater systems, housing and healthcare facilities, and economic development projects. Headquartered in Bridger, Mont., the company opened a second office in Bozeman in 1997.
Barbara Campbell is Double-Tree’s founder and President. She and her company provide complete solutions to their clients. Key services include project planning and structuring, financing, and construction management. Based on local participation and community input, Double–Tree has perfected a community planning process that was born out of a need to assist smaller communities with their development efforts.
