A floragraph (floral portrait) of the late Ronald Snipes of Green Sea, S.C., will be displayed Jan. 1, 2010, on the national Donate Life float "New Life Rises", to commemorate his gift of life as an organ donor. Snipes was the first person in South Carolina to donate his organs after registering his legal consent on the S.C. Organ and Tissue Registry launched in December 2008. Snipes’ family attended a Dec. 11 event in Myrtle Beach, S.C.,
