DogPACT was founded in 1996 by Terry Long, CPDT, an accomplished trainer and winner of a 2006 Dog Writers of America Maxwell Award. Our philosophy is founded upon the scientific principles of learning theory and the use of positive reinforcement. Our mission is to improve communication between people and dogs, thereby strengthening the human-animal bond in our society.
