Elmer Doe was a man with eyesight so poor he couldn't recognize old friends he met in the street. Fortunately, this never affected his vision. Because when Doe escaped the rat race of New York City and quit J. Walter Thompson, he started his "little southern agency" in Louisville with three fundamental building blocks - hard work, integrity and perfection. That was way back in 1915. Doe-Anderson has been doing things the right way ever since. Of course, it all starts with our people.
