February 19, 2009 - Monday is always Rotary day in Clarion, but it will take on new significance next week because Monday, February 23 is World Rotary Day. Theme for this year is "Make Dreams Real". Clarion Rotary members are asked to wear their Rotary shirts in observance of the special day. The local club does projects throughout the year to raise money to help make dreams real for others.
