Life began with the mysterious appearance of a medicine bottle, on Race Point Beach, Massachusetts, in the early nineties. This small bottle in the photo to the left, contained a message. It was as if this note was in direct response to a question I had just asked:

As the 'n' in the word 'sign' left my lips I felt something at my feet. It was this tiny bottle with the following message inside;

This " coincidence" confirmed my conviction that there was a far more profound aspect to life that was not immediately visible to the eye. The simplicity of this message confirmed that the realization of a permanent condition of joy and fulfillment must indeed be possible.
