Prospective employers seeking to hire Filipinos for such purposes are advised to contact the Department of Labor and/or the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or duly authorized recruitment and placement agencies for further details. Searchwise strongly advises prospective employers that wish to provide employment to job-seekers found within Direct-Job-Search database to seek information on existing national and local employment laws and regulations from the appropriate government agencies of the countries such job-seekers are citizens of. 3.4 It is agreed that Searchwise shall assume no liability for any losses or injuries incurred by any employer or employee arising directly or indirectly from the use of Searchwise services. 3.5 Searchwise does not guarantee to prospective employers that their availment of the services of Searchwise will result in a job-seeker’s acceptance of an offer of employment. Neither does Searchwise guarantee to any Job-Seeker that the latter’s availment of Searchwise services will result in their being hired for any position whatsoever. 3.6 It is agreed that by registering to use the website, the Searcher Company automatically gives its consent for to the disclosure of the Searcher Company's name, description of major activity, business/industry classification, company type, manpower size, country location and if currently hiring or not to all visitors and members of the website. 3.7 The information, content or material provided by prospective employers for the purpose and use in posting Job Ads may be subject to moderation and approval prior to being posted on the website. Content or material considered harmful or outside the ethical standards set by our website will be rejected and notice of rejection shall be duly given to the prospective employer concerned.. 3.8 Searchwise cannot ensure that all Job Ad postings made by Searcher Companies are true and accurate. Searchwise encourages job-seekers who wish to respond to any Job Ad posted by a Searcher Company to check with the local and national governing bodies of the countries where such Searcher Company is located to ensure that it exist and is able to operate legally. Searchwise reserves the right to change any time without prior notice, the features and contents of the website along with the available services offered therein as well as the duration during which these services may be availed.
