- Throughout the past year, I've been working more and more with Macs ever since I got my MacBook Pro. At my high school, the video production lab uses 5 iMacs as video editing work stations working off video data stored on a newly purchased RAID NAS server connected to a 1GBPS switch. The school is looking to get the Macs onto the computer's Windows 2003 Server based domain controller with roaming profiles so that instead of using local accounts to log in to the Macs, students can use their school username and be able to log in to the Macs, auto-mount the NAS server, and get access to all their centrally stored files.
