Description
Check to make sure there is occupancy above or below for a Condo. If not and there is occupancy on the side than it is a Townhome. Most all Condos are HOA maintained on the exterior.
Many Townhomes are HOA maintained on the exterior. A Townhome that we inspect the roof and or exterior is priced at a Single Family rate.
Important!: If the property is VACANT, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all water, gas and utilities are TURNED ON for the inspection.
