Development/Article Capitalization
Story
When Anne Editor is creating the Capitalization article about how cities become state capitals, she accidentally (or by design) uses several different forms of the word Capitalization:
All of them should resolve to the same article. Furthermore, she can choose which form of the title is the one they resolve to.
Acceptance Criteria
- Users have a way to specify correct capitalization
- All forms (ways of capitalizing) a name link to the correct capitalization (no red links)
- Searching for any form of the word works
Bonus
- The order of category listings is case-insensitive

- Searching ... do you mean it automatically takes you to the page having the correct capitalization?
Work Plan
- When parsing the double bracket construct, do a lookup in ... to be continued
- When different capitalizations exist and some of them are simply redirects ... delete the redirects.
