What (summary)
Stop linking to bad actors so that we are no longer penalized for being part of "bad neighborhoods".
Why this is important
When you link to sites that are considered to be spammers or otherwise bad actors, the search engines begin to think that you are a bad actor as well and penalize you.

- Every site that we link to has been tested to see whether it is a banned site or not
- Every site that we link to that is banned, we link to with a nofollow
Steps to get to DoneDone
- Try adding the NoFollow property to all external links and see what the effect is
- Did for 5.5 days from 09:35, 5 November 2007 (PST) to 00:32, 11 November 2007 (PST), results on Dashboard page on admin showed no effect
