Designs by Duchess has been in business since 1999 and is owned and operated by me, Diane Schlichting. I am an elementary school teacher by day and web and graphic designer by night. I am also an avid photographer and try to use my own photos in templates where possible. I do have an online photo gallery, should you be interested in viewing it at: http://www.dcsphotography.com

I have been using Microsoft Frontpage since 1997 and discovered a market for themes in 1999. The business has been growing in leaps and bounds and my knowledge is ever expanding, branching out to learning CSS in recent months.

I dedicate nearly all of my free time to developing new and interesting themes and templates. However, real life does assert itself at times, especially at report card time! During these times I am not available for custom work, but will give you sufficient notification, should you request work at that time.
