Whilst we will make every effort to get you to your venue on time we cannot predict all eventualities. We cannot accept responsibility for late arrival due to circumstances beyond our control. Ie:- road closures, accidents, traffic jams etc.
The balance of the total cost will be invoiced 21 days prior to the occasion and is payable 10 days prior to the occasion.
In the event of mechanical failure to the vehicle of choice prior to the event, every effort will be made to repair and supply the vehicle. However, this may be subject to change should the vehicle of choice be unavailable.
