Pat DeLuca has owned and operated DeLuca design, a full service training communications group, since 1989. Her background includes graphic design, art direction, marketing, technical writing, project management, curriculum design and development. She is Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI) Certified and is a certified teacher with a background in educational psychology and adult learning theory.
She has over ten years of experience in researching, creating, and designing training and business collateral materials. For the last five years, she has focused on the design and development of human performance programs. This includes both communication and selling skills, as well as technical product training in healthcare, eye care, automotive, and photographic industries.
