- Hello. Welcome to Debbie Miller Designs, Inc. We are Debbie Miller and Elke Monahan. We began designing purses and belts in 2005 in Debbie's workroom located in her basement in Roswell, Georgia. We sold them to family, friends, and worked an occasional show. People began to comment on how they liked the "one of a kind" look and appeal. So, in 2006, we launched our own website. Each of our purses and belts is unique and an original.
