Description
Developmental Disability Services of St. Clair County was established in 1986 as a not for profit, independent case coordination agency to serve persons with developmental disabilities and their families in St. Clair County.
In 1994, Developmental Disability Services of St. Clair County was selected by the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities to serve as the Preadmission Screening Agent (PAS) and Bogard Case Coordination agency for both Madison and St. Clair counties, thus becoming Developmental Disability Services of Metro East.
Developmental Disability Services of Metro East values its role as an independent advocate and communication link between service providers, the individual with a developmental disability and their families. We feel it is extremely important to assure individual and family satisfaction with the services they receive.
