Davison Country Club began in 1959 when four brothers purchased 200 acres of rolling land in Davison Michigan. This site included mature trees, wooded areas, and a large creek winding throughout the property. In 1962 Davison Country Club was incorporated, and play began on May 23rd, 1963.
