- In 1992, Mr. Neglio founded OMNI, a national outdoor media company which operated over 700 buses in the New York tri-state area
- In 1998, he sold OMNI to TDI, now CBS Outdoor
- Joined Artkraft Strauss, one of the oldest outdoor advertising companies in the United States
- In April 2004, joined Titan Worldwide
