Elliott Can’t Shake Monkey Off His Back as Bad Luck Continues August 7th brought hope for a change in luck for the David Elliott Racing Team. After weeks of handling problems, the team had replaces the entire front suspension and braking system. They headed back to Delaware for twin 25-lap features with the goal of climbing back into the top 10. As soon as David took the #37 Pennzoil Impala to the track for practice, he radioed in that the handling issues hadn’t been fixed.
