As we end the month of February we come to the end of Summer in the Southern Hemisphere! These last few weeks have been quite warm with temperatures in the high 90's and high humidity. Greater Buenos Aires has a population of around 15 million people, but summer vacation is a very important matter in Argentina, and there are major arrivals and departures of people every 2 weeks, with some 1/3 of the city's population turning over during these times.
