- Part 1 -- After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in journalism, I was a sports writer and columnist for the Boulder Daily Camera for five years where I covered everything from little league baseball to the NFL playoffs. My main beats included the Denver Broncos for three years (just prior to the Super Bowls) and CU men's basketball. I covered all the other Denver and CU teams, of course, and even wrote a book on the history of CU football.
