Laurie J. Spangler, CMT, President- Ms. Spangler is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist and previously was the president and owner for eight years of a medical transcription company located near Glen Burnie, MD. She developed a training program for MTs and maintained a quality assurance program for which her company enjoyed an excellent reputation for producing quality transcription services with exceptional turnaround time. Ms. Spangler consults to various medical transcription resource publications, and has been key in the development of the DataKey MT mentoring program, which trains and accredits new MTs. She majored in medical secretary studies at Hagerstown Business College and has held several positions within the Maryland Chapter of the American Association for Medical Transcription, and has served on national committees. She is a member of ASTM and MTIA.
Lynn Tiernan, Office Manager - Ms Tiernan is responsible for the daily operations of the office along with maintaining liasons with clients, MT's and editors.
Jessica Parker, Processing Associate/Account Rep. - Ms Parker joins DataKey with a background in administrative assisting. She is well versed in Word, Excel and can juggle multiple tasks. She is a graduate of Meade High School. Jessica is primarily responsible for daily assignments and processing of accounts. Jessica maintains liaisons with various accounts, MTs and editors.
