Beric was born and bred on a sheep property near Cunnamulla in Queensland. He became a Funeral Assistant in Miles, Queensland and has now been a Funeral Director for almost 20 years. Beric owned the human funeral business and Monumental Masons at Casino, New South Wales. Beric comes from a long line of Funeral Directors. His great uncle was the first Funeral Director in his family before and during the great depression.
