Many organizations, authors, and speakers claim to be Christian. However, further examination reveals that some of these organizations, authors, and speakers do not adhere to the doctrines of orthodox Christianity. To assure you that Daniel is orthodox, he decided to post his statement of faith.
“I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge to living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the holy catholic church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
“I believe that God has chosen to reveal Himself through His Son, the Word of God incarnate, and through the inspired written Word of God. I also believe that, according to His promises, God has preserved His Word through the centuries, and shall continue to preserve it through the day that He returns to fulfill it.”
