- Growing up in a small town has had a great impact on Danelle Johnson's life as a designer. In a town of less than two hundred people, and before the world wide web, there was not a lot of modern development, but definitely a lot of unique character. Small town life was simple and fostered a desire in Danelle to apply creativity to her early childhood days. From these roots, her love for creative design began. Danelle played in and around old buildings and learned to appreciate the character in her worn out surroundings, which she grew to love. At the same time, she became a dreamer. Her mind would often wonder and explore the boundaries of what was possible. Danelle's parents who have lived in this small town most of their married lives, would tell you that Danelle truly believed as a child that anything was possible.
